Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Acceptance
By signing in to Meetwrap or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Meetwrap does
Meetwrap reads event metadata from your Google Calendar (title, start/end time, attendee count, organizer) for the displayed week and generates a weekly summary. We do not store raw calendar event data — events are processed in your browser and discarded when you leave the page. If you choose to create a public share URL by clicking 'Share' on your wrap, an anonymized snapshot of your weekly statistics (without meeting titles, attendee names, or attendee email addresses) is stored on our infrastructure. Both the snapshot and your account can be deleted at any time from the wrap page.
Account requirements
You need a Google account to use Meetwrap. You must be at least 18 years old. When you grant calendar access, you must comply with Google's terms of service. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Your responsibilities
Don't abuse the service. Don't attempt to access other users' data. Don't reverse- engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with Meetwrap. Don't use the service for anything illegal.
Intellectual property
Meetwrap retains all rights to the service, including the design, code, and brand. You retain all rights to your calendar data — we never claim ownership of it.
Service availability
Meetwrap is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice if we shut things down.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetwrap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months — which, since Meetwrap is currently free, is zero.
Termination
You can stop using Meetwrap at any time and delete your account from the wrap page (bottom-right "Delete my account" link). We may also terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Amsterdam.
